International Percussionists Unite for BaTTerra 2023 Drum Festival in Chișinău

Percussionists from the Kingdom of the Netherlands, India, Italy, Romania, Ukraine, and Moldova will take the stage for three days, from May 24th to 26th, at the BaTTerra 2023 International Drum Festival.

United under the slogan “Drumming for Peace,” some of the world’s finest percussionists are gathering in Chișinău to perform in concerts featuring open jam sessions for the general public, as well as conducting masterclasses for professionals.

Among the renowned percussionists offering masterclasses at the festival are Riccardo Merlini, known as “the fastest hand on the planet,” and Max Deomin, a student of the esteemed US drumming instructor, Dom Famularo.
