Emotional Event: Departure and Return Experience Explored in ‘We’re Waiting for You at Home’ Show”

An emotional event for all those who have experienced the departure and return to their country will take place on Saturday, August 19th, in the capital. The Diaspora Relations Office in partnership with the KASANDRUȚA brand invites you to the show “We’re Waiting for You at Home!”. This marks the conclusion of the Diaspora Days and will be performed starting at 6:30 PM, on the platform of the Railway Station in Chișinău.

According to the organizers, the event aims to provide an opportunity for meeting and communication for all those who have gone through the experience of leaving home or loved ones, as well as the experience of returning home after many years of living abroad.

With the participation of actors and the orchestra of the “Mihai Eminescu” National Theater, the event will become a true exploration of the concept of “longing,” experienced not only through words but also through life experience. Additionally, the songs performed by Aliona Triboi, Angela Ciobanu, Diana Decuseară, and Tinca Mardari, under the direction of maestro Serghei Racenco, will enhance the unique atmosphere of the evening.

Designer Oxana Munteanu, the founder of the KASANDRUȚA brand, will bring a special touch with her collection of dresses inspired by life in foreign countries.

It’s worth mentioning that the event is organized with the support of USAID, BRD, DHub, and the Railway Station.
