Speaker of the Parliament, Igor Grosu, met with a group of Moldovan citizens living in the Czech Republic on Tuesday evening, April 25th. In a message posted on social media, the official thanked them for their support and invited them to participate in the “European Moldova” Assembly, even if they live abroad.
“I thanked them for their support and asked them to help us in our European journey. I invited them to participate in the “European Moldova” Assembly wherever they are and to call home. I am convinced that only together and united, for the future of our children and the future of our country, we will succeed in transforming Moldova and bringing Europe home,” wrote the Speaker.
The citizens also inquired about the air connections between Chișinău and other countries, according to the Moldovan official. He had a response for them.

“There are certain problems in this regard, but I assure you that, once the airport is returned to state management, we intend to create the best conditions for as many airlines as possible to fly to and from Moldova,” added Grosu.
It is worth noting that, from April 24-25, the Speaker of Parliament, Igor Grosu, was in the Czech Republic, where he participated in the Conference of Presidents of the Parliaments of the European Union.
